This is what the job is about
As a Controller you will form part of L’s Finance team, based in their main office in ’s-Hertogenbosch. You will be responsible for all financial operations of the Dutch Sourcing department and the Entertainment business unit, with the opportunity to eventually become a business partner for additional departments within L, such as Supply Chain.

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of the general ledger of both the Dutch Sourcing department and our Entertainment business unit;
  • Managing the cash (planning) cycle for Sourcing and Entertainment, which includes cash flow forecasting and actual weekly payment reviews;
  • Managing the financial forecasting and budget cycle for Sourcing and Entertainment;
  • Driving process improvements;
  • You act as a Finance Business Partner;
  • Managing a team of two finance professionals.

About the successful candidate

  • A completed HBO or WO education in business economics or finance;
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience;
  • You are a proactive, hands-on, enthusiastic & motivated team player;

  • You have the ability to acquire, structure and present data;
  • You are tech-savvy and have an intrinsic drive to automate processes where possible;
  • You are an excellent verbal and written communicator in both Dutch and English.
