As a General Ledger & Tax Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the Dutch holding entities within the Groeneveld-BEKA group. Reporting directly to the VP Finance, you are responsible for accurate accounting, timely reporting, and tax compliance. You will also act as the go-to person for both internal and external stakeholders on tax-related matters.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing annual accounts for Dutch holding companies;
- Preparing corporate income tax returns for the Dutch fiscal unity (6 entities);
- Monthly bookings and reporting of two Dutch holding companies;
- Preparing transfer pricing calculations and maintaining the local file;
- Reporting tax packages under US GAAP and supporting foreign sales offices with related reporting;
- Consolidating and submitting Dutch CBS annual figures;
- Ensuring tax compliance, including VAT, payroll taxes, and DAC6 notifications;
- Acting as point of contact for external tax specialists and the US tax team;
- Monitoring and communicating legislative changes.

Wat heb je nodig?
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA;
- Experience in Accountancy and Tax return practice;
- Excellent command of English;
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy and a hands-on, solution-oriented work style;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and countries;
