In this position, you will act as a subject matter expert in the field of SAP-related internal controls. You will manage the resolution of SoD conflicts and ensure that effective mitigating and monitoring measures are in place. In addition, you will work across functions and regions to raise awareness, ensure compliance, and support the continuous improvement of the internal control environment. You will be based in Breda, where you will be part of the Internal Control team within Group Finance. Your responsibilities include:
- Advising on SAP roles and authorizations and helping to identify and resolve SoD conflicts in a timely manner;
- Developing and implementing mitigating controls when conflicts cannot be fully resolved through role redesign;
- Monitoring the effectiveness of automated controls in SAP S/4HANA;
- Working closely with Group IT to improve and safeguard ITGCs, such as access, change, and operations controls;
- Contributing to the further development of SAP security policies and standards;
- Supporting internal and external audits with documentation, reports, and follow-up on findings;
- Providing colleagues in the business and IT with training and guidance to increase awareness of SoD and internal controls.

Wat heb je nodig?
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Approximately 5 years of experience in internal control, audit, or risk management;
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working, combined with a hands-on mentality;
- The ability to communicate clearly and engage various stakeholders in decisions;
- Fluent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
