We are exclusively looking for a Business Controller for Protix in Den Bosch.
This is the job:
As a Business Controller, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your role in line with the strong growth of the organization. You will be a sparring partner who will challenge the organization from a financial perspective. You will be responsible for budgeting, analysis and reporting. You will ensure that the right management information is provided.
Tasks and responsibilities included in this position are:
- Responsible for budget preparation, reporting and monitoring;
- Translating the strategic goals and objectives into realistic targets, budgets and understandable (management) reports and other information;
- Business partner to management, sales, production, engineering and R&D;
- Challenging the business and ensuring process improvements;
- Provide clear business analysis and recommendations to various departments;
- Ensure effective cost control by monitoring the performance of the organization;
- Provide management information and reporting on a regular basis;
- Develop and maintain Excel-based models and reports;
- Share your analysis and insights with the Financial Leadership Team and contribute to continuous improvement;
- Monitor news, trends and developments with external suppliers/partners to stay ahead of the game.
What you need:
- A completed Bachelor or Master education (Finance);
- Approximately 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience;
- A good command of English (Dutch is not a requirement);
- A proactive approach to work and the ambition to make a contribution to a growing organization;Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
